Summer Candy Coloured Double Eyeliner & Daisies

Hi there! Summer is the perfect time to experiment with cool and colourful makeup looks. I love to use vibrant blue eyeliner as I have blue eyes and it makes them really 'pop.' As pink is my favourite colour, some pink eyeliner on my water line tops the look off.

Products used:

♡ Barry M Kohl eyeliners: kingfisher blue and hot pink

♡ Collection supersize fat lash mascara- for long lashes to flutter at people

♡ Barry M pink blusher

 ♡ Zoella kissy missy pink lip balm- this has a bright pink 'candy' colour that really complements the eyeliner. Perfect on hot, humid days where lipstick is too heavy.

♡ Optional- eyeshadows in summery colours. I personally think the double eyeliner is enough and that eyeshadow may be overdoing it a little!

Something I recommend doing is putting a little blue eyeliner in the corners of your eyes to make them even more prettier. If you have blue eyes, this will defintely draw attention to them!

I then use the eyeliner to draw some little daisies and sometimes love hearts on my cheek.

A peek at my designs and doodles: femininity

I love to buy sketchbooks and fill them with anything I like, since at college the things we are allowed to create are a lot more restricted. I like to listen to my favourite music, look through magazines and scroll through blogs to get inspiration to create things.

I adore thigh highs and think they look even more amazing with heels. I love how they make my legs look incredibly long and give me a little body positivity.

This collage is inspired by the songs 'Girls Like Girls' by Hayley Kiyoko and 'The Hills' by The Weeknd.

There is a mixture of soft and delicate things like lace mixed with the neon signs, which is more harsh and dark. I got the pictures from Love and Dazed and Confused magazines.

Lipstick is my most used makeup item, I wear it even when I'm wearing no other makeup. A little bit of lipstick can really complete a look and gives me a lot of confidence.

At the moment I've been designing a lot of lingerie. I like to add simple pretty details such as lace, bows and pleats.

Summer looks // Tie dye top and lace shorts

Top: New Look / Belt: Primark / Shorts: Spain

I've decided to document some of my favourite outfits from summer 2015, in a little series on this blog. I think this will be so great to look back on in future years and hopefully not be too embarassed by what I wore this year!

Tie dye tops are so perfect for summer, the colours look so beautiful and they are so easy to throw on, especially for the beach or the pool.

I love how there are so many flowers around this time of year. This one is amazing!

My Grandma and Grandad got me these shorts as a present from Spain and I absolutely adore them. It is so gorgeously deatiled and looks lovely with this white flower belt. I also don't own many clothes in white (probably because I spill food down my clothes even though I'm 17.) So this is a lovely new addition to my wardrobe, that I'll be wearing all summer and beyond.

Summer holidays wishlist
